Size - Slightly over-sized at about 8 3/4" x 11 3/4" inches. About 16 pages including covers.
Condition - About VG condition with general handling wear. There may be some edge and corner wear. Punch-holes from binder storage near spine. Please enlarge scans or photos to see better detail.
