Top Heavyweight & Light Heavyweight contender from Chicago, Illinois by way of Saint Louis, Missouri. Fought Harold Johnson, Lee Oma, Jake LaMotta, Oakland Billy Smith, Ezzard Charles, Cleveland Williams, Nino Valdes, Archie Moore, Holman Williams and many others.
Photo dated just before the last fight of his pro career against Howard King.
