Date - April 19, 1952
Omaha, Nebraska. A sewer break adds to the problems of the flooding Missouri River in Omaha. This scene is on Grace Street. Sandbags are protecting the buildings from the water for now. The Epstein Paper & Metal Co. building is visible in the photo.
