Welterweight contender from Suffolk, United Kingdom by way of Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Active in the 1930's. Fought Billy Bird, Ginger Sadd, Harry Mason, George Rose, Jake Kilrain, George Odwell and many others.
Here he is later in life, posed with an award he received from The Ring 31 Veteran Boxers Association in Florida, USA.
