Vintage c. 1940's Large Sunday color Cartoon strip by Tom Paprocki a.k.a. "PAP".
Others featured are Charley Beetham (track), Belus Smawley (basketball) and Shipwreck Kelly (football).
Cartoon has been very neatly mounted on a modern backing board for preservation.
SIZE - About 9 7/8" x 7 7/8" inches.
CONDITION - About EX condition.
