Condition - About GD condition with some general handling wear. A 2" inch neatly tape repaired closed tear along the right edge. There may also be some edge and corner wear.

Old and fragile publication but it does appear to be of the more durable rag paper type

Size - About 7 1/2" x 10 1/4" inches while folded. Opens up into a larger single sheet.
