Flyweight from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by way of Brooklyn, New York. Brother of Terry McGovern and often fought under the name "Young Terry McGovern". Fought Frankie Neil, Harlem Tommy Murphy, Kid Beebe, Johnny Coulon and many others.
Date - c. 1900's image. Actual photo is a later generation c. 1960's-70's print or so.
