Subject(s) - Marcel Cerdan
Middleweight Champion and Boxing Hall of Famer. Shortly after Cerdan is killed in a plane crash, his body arrives off an airplane in his then home town of Casablanca, Morocco.
Date - later c. 1960's-70's press restrike of a 1949 image.
